FALL is here...
(well at least it's almost here...)
I'm so excited for this season in Wheaton...a real fall with maybe some pretty leaves changing.
To kick the season off I decided I wanted to make a wreath for our front door.
(If you know me, you know I love a good wreath! HA!)
I loved this ONE I saw on Pinterest.
I decided to give it a go...
I bought the form with a 50% off coupon, one thing of the cheapest yarn, and about 4 sheets of felt.
CHEAP, ya'll!
I did a little hand sewing to add to some of the leaves.
So cute! I love the added touch of fall garland around the door.

ReplyDeleteI just found your blog and it is just darling! I can relate to the move, we have recently moved from CA to VA and then to SC in 6 months time after living in CA my entire life. I hope you all love your new home and your kids adjust real well. They might have a hard time at first, but they will thank you for it later, it's a great life experience. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Nina! So far we are loving it! Fall in the Midwest is going to be amazing...we'll see about winter! Ha!
ReplyDeleteOooh! I love that wreath. I don't know if I have the patience to cut and sew all those leaves. I am pinning it.
