FALL is here...
(well at least it's almost here...)

I'm so excited for this season in Wheaton...a real fall with maybe some pretty leaves changing.

To kick the season off I decided I wanted to make a wreath for our front door.
(If you know me, you know I love a good wreath! HA!)

I loved this ONE I saw on Pinterest.

I decided to give it a go...

I bought the form with a 50% off coupon, one thing of the cheapest yarn, and about 4 sheets of felt.

CHEAP, ya'll!

I did a little hand sewing to add to some of the leaves.

Hello FALL!

I'm linking up to Life Made Lovely today!

  1. So cute! I love the added touch of fall garland around the door.

  2. That is so pretty!! You did a great job! I have a fall wreath on Pinterest too that I intend to create very soon. LOVE Pinterest!

  3. Thanks, ladies!!! I'm already thinking of some more ideas for fall decorating! So fun!

  4. I just found your blog and it is just darling! I can relate to the move, we have recently moved from CA to VA and then to SC in 6 months time after living in CA my entire life. I hope you all love your new home and your kids adjust real well. They might have a hard time at first, but they will thank you for it later, it's a great life experience. Good luck!

  5. Thanks, Nina! So far we are loving it! Fall in the Midwest is going to be amazing...we'll see about winter! Ha!

  6. Oooh! I love that wreath. I don't know if I have the patience to cut and sew all those leaves. I am pinning it.

  7. Gorgeous wreath! I love the felt leaves! Thanks for sharing!

  8. Thanks, ladies! So glad you like it! I'm actually making one for my mom right now because she loved it! : )
