God is found smack dab in the middle of it, too, encouraging, teaching, drawing out even more of the creativity He invested in us! And yes, persistence is a great thing. I often identify with the persistent widow! I'm reading a book on prayer that talks so much about approaching it like a child -- children are persistent, they aren't afraid to try new things, to make messes, and to blurt out whatever is on their mind.
